Message From Student Transportation

Greetings,

There’s a potential of buses to reach to overcapacity with the increased number of students enrolling.
We strongly encourage parents who don’t need transportation for their child(ren) to sign the Do Not Ride (DNR) form, as it can greatly help us provide transportation for those who need it. Here’s the direct link to the form: https://www.stswr.ca/policies/information-for-parents-students/do-not-ride/

Thank you,

St. Luke CES on behalf of Student Transportation Services of Waterloo Region

LOST AND FOUND

St. Luke CES currently has a significant number of items in the Lost and Found.
Parents and guardians are encouraged to remind their children to visit the front foyer to check for any belongings they may be missing.
Ms. Boll has graciously arranged all the items for easy viewing near the library.
All items that are not claimed, will be packed up and donated.

Heat Advisory

Heat Advisory

Please be advised that during any ‘Weather Advisory,’ we diligently monitor weather conditions prior to all outdoor recess and activities. Hot and humid conditions can also lead to deteriorating air quality.  If necessary, we will implement our indoor inclement weather schedule and outdoor activities will be limited to 15-20 minutes. Students will be encouraged to their pace physical activity and refill their water bottles throughout the day.  We will continue to closely monitor both the weather and air quality.
